I am proficient in all systems from Avid digital tape editing to Steenbeck flat-bed film editing.

Most of the television programs I have produced-and-written over the years I have also edited. It adds up to hundreds of segments and programs.

Film
My film editing experience goes back to 1969 when I started a film shooter. For the next half dozen years I operated 16-mm movie cameras and all kinds of single and double system editing equipment.

I have run hundreds of thousands of feet of film through everything from simple rewinds with a viewer and magnetic head(s) to a Movieola flatbed. I have operated four, six, and eight plate Steenbeck machines.

Tape
I am proficient in the three-quarter editing both cuts-only and three-machine, computer controlled editing.

I am proficient in Beta and Beta Sp editing.

I am proficient in digital editing both Avid and Media-One Hundred.
